Everything in your name
Domains, hosting accounts, software licences and hardware warranties are registered to you, never to us. Passwords live in a vault you own, and we have access rather than ownership.
Written quotes, published rates
Real prices in Rand are published on the pricing page, which most of the industry still won't do. Sourcing fees appear on the quote. Work starts once you have a number in writing.
A handover file on every job
Coding work ships with the production files, a commented copy you can learn from, and a README written in plain English. Field work leaves you knowing more than you did before.
Operating principles and client process
- We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within the same working day.
- Care plan clients jump the queue.
- Operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00.
- Your consent is recorded before remote access or work involving your personal information.
- Your data should never be treated as someone else's asset, which is why we practise minimal retention. We collect, process and keep only what is necessary.
- Remote support uses open-source tools, and only while you're watching the screen.
- Your passwords are never stored in plain text anywhere. Bitwarden or KeePassXC, in a vault that belongs to you.
- Wiring, DB boards, CCTV mounting and similar trades go through vetted local partners.
- We design and coordinate. Partners invoice you directly wherever possible, so nobody is quietly adding a margin in the middle.
