What we can do for you.

We provide honest, professional, client-focused IT support and services, and act as a single point of contact for all your technology needs. The client who asks about a printer today is welcome to ask about a website next month.

Services by category

Every price below is a starting point. You get a fixed number in writing before anything begins.

Anything marked Launch Promo is held at a reduced price until 28 February 2027. Every standard price that takes over on 1 March 2027 is published on the Launch Promo prices and 2027 terms page, so you can see the step up now rather than meet it later.

IT support, computer repairs and networking

Windows, macOS and Linux. Remote first, because it's usually faster and usually cheaper than waiting for us to arrive. When something genuinely needs hands on it, we come to you, or you drop it off.

Remote support R200 first 30 minutes

Screen sharing, with open-source tools and only while you're watching. Most software problems get sorted in one session. R200 covers the first 30 minutes, then R250 for each further 30 minutes.

Prepaid remote support, three hours R1,000

Buy three hours up front at R1,000 and use them over the next twelve months. That is R450 less than the same three hours bought session by session and means you don't have to think about it when something breaks.

Callout, on-site anywhere in the area From R500/hour

Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp and St Francis Bay and surrounding areas. One rate from R500/hour wherever you are in the area, with no separate travel fee on top. Anywhere further out in the Kouga is by arrangement.

Carry-in to Jeffreys Bay From R400/hour

Drop the machine off at 63 Da Gama Road and bench work is billed from R400/hour rather than the R500/hour on-site rate, and the machine gets looked at properly on a workbench. Directions.

Repairs, upgrades and cleanups, on-site From R500/hour

Malware removal, slow machines, failing drives, memory and SSD upgrades, fresh installs, and moving your files and settings to a new computer without losing anything.

Bench and carry-in labour From R400/hour

The same work done on the workbench rather than at your premises, from R400/hour against R500/hour on-site.

Linux revival From R750 per machine Launch Promo

An old laptop that crawls under Windows can be genuinely quick again on a lightweight Linux setup, with your files carried across. Cheaper than a new machine and it keeps one more device out of the scrap heap.

Home or office Wi-Fi From R2,000 plus hardware Launch Promo

Proper coverage instead of one router doing its best from the far corner. Mesh systems, router hardening, a separate guest network, and dealing with your ISP so you don't have to.

Hardware sourcing 10% of cost

We find the right part or machine at the right size for the job, and you pay the supplier directly. The fee is 10% of the cost, minimum R250 and capped at R2,500, and it is on the quote in black and white. We don't take a cut from suppliers and we don't mark hardware up, so the recommendation is driven by what the job needs.

Care plans From R550/month

Monthly cover for homes and small businesses: remote support, health checks, updates and backups watched over. See what each plan covers.

Cybersecurity, data protection and IT resilience

Most small businesses lose data to something dull: a failed drive, a stolen laptop, or somebody clicking a convincing email. None of that needs an enterprise budget to prevent.

Security baseline audit, up to three machines R1,000

Passwords, two-factor authentication, updates, backups, your router and your email, all checked and written up in language you can act on. Included at no charge with any care plan signed before 28 February 2027. It is a genuine R1,000 saving rather than a discount off a higher number, and the standard R1,000 applies at any other time.

Security baseline audit, four or more machines or a shared email domain From R2,500 Launch Promo

The same audit across your staff machines, shared accounts, email domain and network, with a short priority list of what to fix first.

Secure password manager, secret manager and confidential data storage From R1,500

Set up on a zero-knowledge manager, everyone shown how to use it, and the shared logins moved off the sticky notes and the WhatsApp group.

Secure, automated data backup system From R1,250

Three copies, two kinds of storage, one off-site. Set up, tested in front of you, and documented. An untested backup isn't a backup.

Cybersecurity, scam and phishing awareness training From R1,000 Launch Promo

An hour with your staff or your family on what the current scams actually look like in South Africa, using real examples rather than stock warnings.

Power and load-shedding resilience From R1,450 plus hardware

Keeping the router, the point of sale and the essentials up through an outage, sized to what you need rather than to the biggest inverter in the shop.

Professional web design, SEO and online visibility

Fast, secure, hand-coded websites. We avoid page builders and WordPress by default so your site loads instantly even on a weak connection, avoids hacking risks, and is entirely yours. If you'd rather keep an existing WordPress site, we'll give you an honest assessment of whether that's the right call.

Before the five build prices below, the two conditions attached to them. A price marked Launch Promo holds until 28 February 2027, and on all five website builds it applies when hosting is taken at R250/month. The 2027 standard prices are published on the Launch Promo prices and 2027 terms page.

Small website, up to three pages R2,000 Launch Promo

Home, one services or about page, and a contact page. The usual first proper site for a trade or a small shop, and enough for a new business launching a single service. Anything beyond that set of three is quoted.

Standard business website, up to eight pages R4,500 Launch Promo

The ideal choice for an established small business. Up to eight pages gives you plenty of room for a full service list, an 'About' page to build trust, and a contact page optimised to generate leads.

Larger website, more than eight pages From R9,000 Launch Promo

More pages, or extra pieces: a booking form, an image gallery, multiple locations, or suburb pages for local search.

Small online store, up to 25 products From R7,500 Launch Promo

A product catalogue and payments through a South African gateway, sized for a shop with a short product list.

Large online store, more than 25 products From R10,000 Launch Promo

Quoted per project, because a shop with 25 products is not the same job as one with 400. Larger catalogues, variants, and anything that needs custom work.

Managed website plan R750/month

A R1,500 deposit before work starts, then build, hosting, updates, small changes and support in one monthly figure, with a fixed 12-month initial term. Compare the ways to pay.

Local search setup R2,500 Launch Promo

Google Business Profile built properly, listings on the South African directories that matter, review collection set up, and the structured data that tells Google exactly where you are and what you do.

Local search, ongoing R1,750/month

We keep your profile current, your listings consistent and your reviews coming in, with a short plain-language report each month so you can see what changed.

AI search visibility, once-off with any site R2,000 Launch Promo

People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Google's AI summaries for a recommendation instead of scrolling a results page. This structures your site so those systems can read it, quote it and send people to you. Still rare among providers in this region.

AI search visibility, ongoing R2,250/month

Keeping that structure current as your services and prices change, and as the AI systems change what they read and quote.

Local search and AI search visibility, bundled R3,000/month

Both ongoing services on one monthly figure, which is less than running them separately.

Domain, hosting and business email setup From R950

Your own domain, a proper business email address, and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that stop your mail landing in everyone's spam folder. Registered to you, not to us.

Every website build includes a mobile-first layout; keyboard, contrast and semantic-markup checks based on WCAG 2.1 AA; structured data; link previews for WhatsApp and Facebook; a contact form; and the handover file: production files, a commented copy you can learn from, and a README in plain English.

Smart home and office automation, security and energy

Cameras, gates, geyser, inverter and lights, all controlled from your phone. The difference here is that it runs on your own equipment in your own home, so there's no monthly fee to an overseas company and nothing stops working when their service does. The industry calls this IoT, or the Internet of Things.

Smart home starter From R2,500 plus hardware Launch Promo

Home Assistant running on a small computer in your house, with three to five devices connected and set up. Local, private, no subscription.

Full home or office automation From R4,500 plus hardware Launch Promo

Lights, plugs, sensors, climate, gates and doors brought under one app, with the automations built around how you live or work. Electrical work goes through a qualified partner wherever wiring is involved.

Cameras and access control From R2,250 plus hardware

Recording to storage in your own building, to the cloud, or to both, viewable from your phone. Kept local by default, so there is no monthly fee and no third party holding footage of your family unless you ask for it.

Solar, inverter and battery monitoring From R1,850 plus hardware

See what you're generating, what you're storing and what's actually draining it, all on one screen and updated live.

Geyser and load-shedding automation From R1,550 plus hardware

Heat water when power is cheapest or the sun is up, and have the house prepare itself before the schedule cuts in. The geyser is usually the biggest single item on a household bill, so this one tends to pay for itself.

Home or office server From R2,500 plus hardware Launch Promo

One quiet box in the corner doing file sharing, acting as the backup target, and running your private AI if you want it. No monthly cloud bill.

Custom private AI solutions, guidance and training

Two different things get called AI. One kind is the cloud services everybody knows. The other runs entirely on your own hardware, which matters when the documents are confidential.

Private AI on your existing machine From R2,750 Launch Promo

A capable language model installed on hardware you already own. Your documents never leave the building, there's no overseas subscription, and it keeps working without internet.

Private AI on dedicated hardware From R7,500 Launch Promo

A machine specified and built for the job, for work where confidentiality is not optional: legal, accounting, medical, HR. Faster, and it leaves your existing machines alone.

AI guidance for homes and businesses R750/hour

Which tools are worth paying for, which are marketing, and where AI genuinely saves you time. Vendor-neutral, because we're not reselling anybody's licences.

Custom AI solutions for homes and businesses From R2,000

Replacing a paper or spreadsheet process with something small, owned and documented: booking forms, quote and invoice generators, spreadsheet automation. The Kouga Digital quote system is built this way, so you can see the approach before you buy it.

Design, branding and creative services

Not every job is a business system. Some of the most useful work here is a logo, a page for somebody's photographs, or a CV that finally looks like the person who wrote it.

Branding and design

Logo design From R2,000 Launch Promo

Two concepts, two rounds of changes, and every file format you'll need for print, web and signage. Full ownership transfers to you, with the source files.

Brand starter kit From R4,000 Launch Promo

Logo, colours, fonts, a matching set of social media profile and cover images, an email signature, and a short guide so anybody can keep it consistent.

Business cards and stationery From R750 Launch Promo

Print-ready artwork for cards, letterheads and quote templates. You take the files to any printer you like.

Design work, as needed R500/hour

Flyers, posters, menus, price lists, vehicle and shopfront signage artwork, social media graphics.

Personal and creative websites

Personal or portfolio website From R2,000 Launch Promo

For artists, musicians, photographers, makers and anybody who writes. A gallery that does the work justice, a proper bio, room for your own writing, and links out to wherever people can hear, see or buy your work. On your own domain, not rented space on a platform that might change its mind.

Personal CV website From R1,450

A single professional page with its own address you can put on an application, a business card or an email signature.

CVs

Professional CV, cover letter included R300 Launch Promo

Written from scratch or rebuilt from the one you have. We talk through your work history properly, then write and lay it out so it reads well and gets through the automated screening most employers use now. A cover letter template you can adapt for each application is included. You get a printed copy, a PDF, and an editable file you keep.

Personal CV or portfolio website, professional CV and cover letter bundle R1,650

The written CV plus a one-page site with its own web address. Useful when you're applying online and want a link that looks like more than an attachment.

IT consulting, training and cost optimisation

Technology Cost Audit R1,000 Launch Promo

Every subscription, hosting bill, ISP package, printing contract and power cost, laid out with the monthly saving written next to it. Most people find something they forgot they were paying for.

Second opinion on somebody else's quote Free, up to 30 minutes

Send it over. We'll tell you whether it's fair, whether you need what's on it, and whether the price makes sense, so you can go into the conversation knowing what you're looking at.

Consulting and advisory R750/hour or R5,000/day

Planning a system, choosing between options, or sorting out something that has grown messy over the years.

One to one training R650/hour

At your pace, on your own machine, on whatever you need: email, cloud storage, spreadsheets, online banking safety, or the software your work depends on. AI tools are covered here too, including quotes, correspondence, summarising documents, and knowing when not to trust the answer.

Half-day workshop, up to six people From R3,200

For a team or a small group. Common topics are security awareness, getting useful work out of AI, and the digital tools a small business is already paying for but not using.

Not sure what you need? Let's find the right solution together

Just explain the issue in your own words and we will figure out exactly what it is and how we can best support you.
